This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through GlobalMotionFarms.com. Global Motion Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this policy to ensure clear expectations around all sales transactions.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and compliance requirements, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Shipping & Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipped via national carriers.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at globalmotionpacks@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
We will review your case and provide support at our discretion, but replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed.
