1. Fulfillment & Shipping Responsibility

All products purchased through GlobalMotionFarms.com are fulfilled and shipped by independent third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Global Motion Holdings LLC does not store, handle, or ship any products directly.

Shipping providers and timelines are determined by the 3PL and may vary based on location, carrier, and product availability.

 


 

2. Shipping Rates & Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are based on carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

Customers will receive tracking information via email once an order has been processed by the fulfillment partner.

 


 

3. Delivery Inquiries

If you have questions regarding the status, delays, or delivery of your order, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

Please note: As a marketplace platform, we do not have access to real-time shipping updates and are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.

 


 

4. Major Issues & Support

For significant issues that cannot be resolved with the shipping carrier (e.g., wrong item received, confirmed delivery but product missing, or no tracking update for an extended period), you may contact us at:
